My best guess is that this guy was held down while this was forced down his throat. If I'm wrong, which I hardly ever am, I'd have to say this is a case for Natural Selection and doctors should have been left out. My opinion.

Saw a show on discovery channel were a 16 y.o. girl went to the emergency room and could not speak. She was terrified, you could tell by the look in her eyes.she kept scratching at her neck and by this time it was so irritatedthat it began to swell. an x-ray showed she had swallowed a fork!! they numbed her and while she was fully awake they pulled it out and she was fine. she was an anorexic girl and used the fork to help her vomit somehow it got lodged in her throat!!!

when i was having gallbladder problems they went down my esophogus with a scope like that, i asked to be drugged but they only sedated me. it felt like HELL!!! liked i was being choked to death with a baseball bat! years later when they did the same proceedure for pancreatitis problems, i told my doctors that they will put me under and they did. thank God!
I had that done to me a good 4 times now,I always go without any sedatives or drugs at all,the doctors think I'm nuts for it! Then they wonder if I'm a cheapskate who doesn't wanna be charged for medication :/

Either way I know how you feel,I thought ET was fucking my stomach thru my mouth :(
