Uh.... obviously this person is lazy or they would have washed their ass. But how does a lazy person sit on that and not notice before this point? Vodka and a scalpel cures all

It's not a dolphin tatoo, it's a mark to show the area where will be the "PooBag".

It is not a dolphin tattoo...it is a mark to show where they will pull the gut through to create a stoma. No way you would be wanting to squeeze a shit out with a gaping hole in your side!!!

That was not a tattoo. It was a mark where the coleostomy will go. Since it's on the right it will be off the ascending colon. Hopefully it's only temporary since there will be less nutrition this way. I think placing it on the left side is better but then that might not of been an option in this case.
