I may have found the owner and remover of the above mentioned penis. Do you know if the picture is from Russia? If it is, I guess right. It is evidence. There is a picture of a box, presumably with the penis in it, but, it is a bmp file and I do not know how to change it.

After yesterday’s story of involuntary penectomy, I feel the desperate need to redeem myself by reporting on another such incident, only this time performed on a wholly deserving individual.
