Aww poor baby. Almost looks like it could be epidermolysis bullosa. But probably just as the title indicates, a severe form of eczema.

I remember as a child getting horrible eczema around my cheeks, arms and legs... it's awful, so damn itchy and dry and just feels fkn disgusting using all these ointments blegh. The rash does spread especially if you have long fingernails. The only thing that helped my eczema was Hydrocortizone, thank fuck I grew out of it though. Poor boy looks like his rash is just spreading all over his face, must be so itchy especially during the winter
