On my link, you can hear her speaking in Chinese.....but you must turn the sound up a bit. The article states that she is mainly complaining of pain. In my personal opinion, it seems that she is attempting to communicate to her caregiver.....yet having an obvious issue with clarity, due to her upper palate completely missing.
