I hope this helps for reference, but I located an article from the UK's Daily Mirror dated March 16th, 2017. The article stated this was likely necrotizing fasciitis...so those of you who thought it was this, were probably correct. Here is the article & below is the link: A woman was left with an horrific gaping hole in her FACE after a 'flesh eating bug' ravaged her skin. Horror footage shows the woman writhing around in pain after the 'bug' is believed to have eaten away at her skin and left it green. The clip was uploaded to LiveLeak with the caption "If you think your life is 'tough' watch this. What would cause something so horrific?"
