So sad, it has caused so much suffering but never had the effect that was hoped for when it was released. I believe that the current strain of HIV was released on purpose to cull the population, Ebola too after all Ebola suddenly exploded from nowhere at around the same tim in several areas of Africa from no-where and like HIV it was a much stronger strain that they knew not how to treat.
