Immediately thought some kind of cleft-lip problem (a really really severe one). I thought I'd seen all kinds of birth defects but I have never seen this, thanks for posting  terrible for the child and family though. Part of me thinks she couldn't survive very long with such a deformity, yet I've seen children live through similar things. Looks painful  |

Looks like pretty severe hydrocephalus to me, then again I'm not an expert. Wow is all I can say. The guy in the purple shirt has the appropriate reactions here, he is my baseline. |

I don't have much information on the well being of this little girl from Thailand, or if she has shown any sort of cognitive or responsive reactions to mental or physical stimuli, but it's apparent that she's loved very much by her parents, despite her grotesque appearance. She suffers from an extreme alternate version of the condition Cherubism, which causes extra bone mass and malformation in the cranial area.          |
