Good lord, someone needs to scrub between the breasts a little better!

I say that because not only is there a giant-ass cyst, there are a number of little fleshy zitty red spots you get on your chest when you sweat profusely and don't wash.

Agreed, a little baby powder wouldn't hurt to help with the sweating but generally people that don't wash themselves to begin with avoid those extra steps.... soooooooooooooooooooooo gross!
