A 60-year-old man sustained right buccal cancer, well-differentiated squamous-cell carcinoma, with cheek skin involvement. Wide resection of tumor with right side modified radical type II neck dissection was carried out and a 10×10cm defect was left

The defect was reconstructed with ipsilateral side anterolateral thigh flap including two musculocutaneous perforators
