Re: Cervical Cancer is a Good Time!
I was lucky that mine was found early too. But since I had 3 wonderful children, and had a tubal ligation done already, I opted for the hysterectomy. I didn't have to do radiation or chemo either. This was 10 years ago and I am still cancer free and don't miss that little part of me.

Re: Cervical Cancer is a Good Time!
That's the way to do it! I'm like that too - I have a terminal condition and am in a wheelchair (I'm going to put my story up soon), and I always laugh and make fun of myself, along with my fiancee and good friends that do it too, it's the best way to deal with a bad situation that you can't change :) And to Collaredgirl and AK47pup, I'm so glad your cancer has gone away or at least for the time being. I hope you continue to stay healthy and pray that you all live long, happy lives! All the best <3 |

Re: Cervical Cancer is a Good Time!
I am in tears right now. I forgot how much it helps to know that i'm not alone in this. I hate the thought of anyone else going through this, but it's nice to know i'm not the only one getting chopped up on. According to my gyno, I have to have 2 LEEPs before I have get all my shit out. I have more kids then I know what to do with. I've had my tubes tied, I don't want any more kids. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have my lady parts in a jar beside me. Maybe watch a movie together...or get on DR. Anything besides being inside of me. But, I have to be cut up again. Blah blah blah. Fucked up. Oh well, it'll work out. Always does. And hey, if I get my hysterectomy...like I want....i'll be the baddest bitch in town, cause I can be a cunt WITHOUT bleeding for a week. LMAO Hells yeah. |

Re: Cervical Cancer is a Good Time!
i had the LEEP procedure after my last child was born. they found the precancerous cells in the first month of my pregnancy but nothing could be done until after i delivered. a nervous nine months. i was very fortunate that they never became cancerous while we waited. it was very painful as the doctor refused to use any anesthetic. imagine having the last inch and a half of your cervix lopped off without a painkiller. i watched it float away in a jar through my tears. thank God i have never had the cancerous cells return.
