My dad had really bad cellulitis basically from the belly down right before he passed. He was super impressed with and offered to show EVERYONE his grapefruit balls.

Another contributor to cellulitis is diabetes. Poor circulation, a small cut can become infected easily. And I can almost guarantee that person has the diabetes.
