Cellulitis
Husband suggested I posted my cellulitis journey for Y'all. I had a very aggressive form of cellulitis that popped up quite literally overnight on Saturday 1/7/23. A week and a day in the hospital and still at home now on somewhat bed rest. We think the cellulitis was able to get in due to a small abrasion from scratching the eczema on my feet. Cellulitis is typically caused from staph bacteria, but there are other forms of bacteria that can cause it. PSA: these bacteria live on our skin at all times. It's not about whether you are dirty or live in an unclean environment, these bacteria serve a purpose but can also cause major infections like this one. Some diseases, like diabetes, can make you more susceptible to an infection like this. Take care of your small wounds, before they become big ones. *not my words  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

OH you poor DEAR!! That looks definitely worthy to be on DR!! But Fuck!! You poor thing!! That looks tragic as hell! Thos blisters are just horrible!! I wish you quick recovery and lots of love and know that we are thinking about you!!
