If your dumb enough to get any kind of plastic surgery that is non essential to normal looks and applied only for your own vanity then suffer with the inevitable consequences of it. If your self esteem is so low that you can only get that man of your dreams by defiling your body have at it. That guy will drop you as soon as your procedure starts to mess your body up. Find someone that wants you for you and not because your fake. It's all gross in the long and short run. Stretched out skin, leakage, bad scars, all of it is so sexy!    |

Certain poverty stricken and uneducated women in these central American countries are great believers in "technology" and don't full appreciate the risks. They hope that sacrificing everything for beauty will lead to a talent scout "discovering" them or a rich man marrying them, and it will be a ticket out of the slums.

You know, there is a possibility that this is a pilonidal cyst that has become abscessed. It can happen with generalized inflammation/infection. Note the tiny "pore" between the gluteal cheeks that where all that crud is coming from!
