I agree with Doug234, no EMTs, police, medical supplies, or anything. Having to be hauled away in a pick-up truck after you arm is severed at the shoulder? makes one feel lucky to be living in a place where there are emergency services.

Adrenalin keeps people alive. Naturally when the body has a traumatic amputation, the severed blood vessels kinda clamp off. With the amount of blood loss, I was surprised that he was able to get up. It appears that the major blood vessels were clamped off enough to keep the victim alive. His arm is a gonner, I guess from now on his nick name is Lefty. |
