This was normal breast reduction. I saw these pics elsewhere (maybe Ogrish?) and from what I recall the Dr wasn't even a licensed Dr. He butchered her, those scars are not normal and her nipples died/fell off shortly after due to no blood getting to them.

She either was an immigrant who got it done in the US for not much money by some other immigrant or had it done in her own country. I hate when I can't recall the exact details but it's something like that.
