her titties were a little big for her, but u have to weigh the options. think of what could be the worst possible outcome and could u live with it, versus it turning out looking sexy....

If a lady with implants is to be cremated, implants need to be removed. Perhaps that explains why she looks dead. I think this is a lady, passed away, being prepared for cremation. Just a guess. Yeah, it's kind of something they should mention to all the ladies getting implants don't you think? Yet, many ladies I know that have had implants do not know this fact. If you wish to be cremated and have fake boobies, I sure hope you've not opted for an open casket because your big expensive implants will not be there for anyone to to enjoy. (like they really did anyhow...  )
