It was in a documentary if you sneeze and cough at the same time, but try and hold it in; either your alveoli in your lungs can rupture, or you lose an eye. It is still possible the guy in the video had serious lung damage. Normally the brain makes sure you cannot sneeze and cough at the same time, but some people have a neurological condition which prohibits this
