The case involves a bed bound patient that needed his leg amputated due to a combination of factors including; diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, lymphedema, and fungal and bacterial infections.

If he was bed bound where was his nurse? This could've been totally preventable & treated if caught earlier. Sad really. |
