I wonder what these people do after their horrific self mutilation... do they try to manage the serious wound at home, or suck it up and realise they need medical intervention to sterilise, stitch up, and make sure no infection takes over? Cos shit like this is just begging for an infection. A bad one. |

Probably a Trans. He probably can't afford bottom surgery so he's doing it himself. He will probably wrap rubber bands around the penis next until it dies from lack of blood flow (looks nasty right now!!) And then it will fall off. Gross, dangerous and begging for an infection!  |
