I want to pour hydrogen peroxide into it..rinse it..pack it with salt..and take some tweezers to the dead skin surrounding the hole..

Then again..I see most of the abcess vids etc..and kinda almost wish one onto myself so I can pop it, etc..gross.? yes... but whatever.. :P

Not a Black Widow, If this was a spider bite it was definitely a Brown Recluse, judging by the narcosis of the tissue around the wound!!!
