Bloody fucking Hell you have GOT to be kidding me? They're just giving up? I've never seen anything like that before, but I've seen people recover from far worse....there's got to be something some doctor on the planet can do for that, he's only 26 and has kids for Christ's sake.....
You've seen people recover from worse CANCER than that? That guy has extremely advanced stage 4 cancer (there is no stage 5) and I've never seen cancer that bad. Unfortunately I dont think theres anything the doctors can do for him. He's not going to make it..

If it has metastasized to another organ via a lymph node, there's not much to do to stop it. Neither a hemipelvectomy, nor a corpectomy, nor any other type of amputation or radiation therapy will stop a monster like that. Trust me; surgical oncologists do everything they can. If this man isn't already dead, he's definitely in palliative care, either at home with his family or in a skilled nursing environment.

(I'm sorry if this has already been said; I didn't read all of the posts in this thread)
