Hemicorporectomy is one surgical option, there's another thread on this forum about a woman that had it done. It's pretty radical and extreme though.

That vid totally caught me off guard aswell.

Assuming, of course, it hasn't spread any further than the affected area, which I highly doubt. It looks like it is in a pretty advanced stage, unfortunately. I can't imagine how painful that must be. Poor guy, hopefully he finds some kind of relief for his last few days.
