I've read a lot about the guy who looks like a cat. It's taken him quite a few plastic surgeries and tattoos to look like that but hey, if he's happy, go for it.

No nose guy is fake. And they aren't "gauges," they're plugs. The GAUGE is the unit of measurement in plug sizes.
