I saw that on tv a few times. Amazing the baby can stay under water till u take it out and sudden it needs to breath. Miracle of life. But i still don't get why the husbands wanna be in there.

PornFlakes, it's cuz of the mammilian diving reflex! Also one of the reasons you can safely teach an infant to swim while they still have the MDF intact.

When my daughter is sick I don't think twice about cleaning up vomit, poop, pee, etc. It's not disgusting.

I think water birth is weird but they would be in the exact same position if they were in a hospital bed. The husband/dad will usually sit behind the mom to support her upper body. It's helps the baby drop into position and makes it easier to push.

HAHaa except she wouldn't be shitting into his lap I had regular hospital birth, my husband's face turned red, sweating profusely and my aunt made him sit down, I looked over she was giving him a cold compress for his head HE WAS about to faint.

I think this is wonderful! The happiest moment of my life would be to give birth with the love of my life right there with me...now I just gotta find him and get knocked up...
