There's a fair amount of blood on the ground already... plus the foamy blood building up in his mouth? How likely is it that he's gonna end up with immediate care and be taken to a state of the art hospital?  Yeah, he's probably toast... And another thing: It drives me nuts when someone decides to take a video but then can't hold the camera still for anything!  Why? Why even bother?

He does not have trouble with breathing, since he's almost completely dead. This one is called agonal breathing, this is only done by reflex, since the brain is not dead yet.
