My friend married her first cousin; the son of her fathers sister.Thankfully they were both almost 50 years old and my friend had had a hysterectomy when she was 29 inshallah. This is horrendous though; education is the key here; sex education and freely available birth control.

The need to do investigations, not really much can be done about that. Autopsies arent very dignified either but still necessary
