It appears that it was a twin from the top right where there is another head, it was a genetic defect. This is not as rare as it seems. If the mother went in for early prenatal screening this would have been detected, even in poor rural countries. I would have to terminate the pregnancy early on...this is not fair to the child.

A lot of times children like this won't live long, anyway. Have to wonder about chemical exposure sometimes, whether environmental or drugs. And sometimes, it's just a genetic screwup. I guess if no babies were born this way, we would not appreciate healthy ones. If you never felt sorrow, you cannot appreciate contentment. One day, on a different plane of existence, perhaps it will all make sense.
