Re: Autistic Girl & Her Broken Cheeseburger.

Stories like these REALLY make me miss working. I worked with developmentally disabled adults for several years before I was hit with vertigo. Even had my favorite client in our wedding! He wore a cowboy hat, jeans pulled up to his nipples, a belt buckle as big as my hand, and mismatched cowboy boots. It was perfect.

Those belt buckles can save one's life. Happened here in Filthydelphia last week or so! Seriously. A bullet got lodged in a buckle.

That was cool of you to have him in your wedding

Re: Autistic Girl & Her Broken Cheeseburger.

:laugh for reals though, I have to arrange my food in certain ways to eat it and GOD HELP YOU if you touch my food or grab something off my plate!

Sometimes, I socialize my food, but, other times, I don't want certain food touching others

I'm medicated for clinical depression and anxiety, but, that's all I know of.

Did you read the article? The woman expected to pay for the second burger, but the restaurant did not let her.

Both my kids are on the spectrum, but we don't let that hold us back!

Re: Autistic Girl & Her Broken Cheeseburger.

My great nephew, who is 27 1/2 months old and not autistic, said his donut was broken the other day.

The icing had a cracked spot on it, but, I told him it was ok. He mentioned it a couple of times though.

I guess it's the way a young child sees it.

Re: Autistic Girl & Her Broken Cheeseburger.

The disastrous DNA experiment continues.

If it works, the baby will be much better off.

What quality of life would she have without bones?

In this case, I think the parent or parents made the right choice
