They applied it too far up with too thin a cable. The skin will swell around the tourniquet and due to the thickness of the tourniquet it will be lost within the flesh. Since the guy applied it above the knee, if they don’t get him to the hospital in time to relieve the pressure the surgeon will need to amputate above the knee. Hopefully it was treated immediately… though it doesn’t look like many people here give 2 fucks  |
