I'm fairly certain I know 2 people with this syndrome. Neither of them speak terribly well, or clear... but both have normal/above normal intelligence. Their hands look exactly the same as this. Their faces are also very similar.

Me too, but in her case her fingers are perfect normal looking, also intelligence but face is deformed like I wouldnt say this isnt aperts syndrome because it Is! not sure about her so perfect fingers though..
