Actually, that appears to be 2 different guys. The top one has eyebrows and a normal forehead and straight hair. The bottom guy looks a completely different ethnicity/nationality.

Not the same guy. The guy in the first picture has no forehead damage but the guy in the second picture clearly has had some for head damage..either way..the guy in the first picture is a major fail..if your gonna shoot youself..dont point straight up at the chin..enter through the mouth at an angle..  <banana
