WTF....I can see if he wasn't found for 5 days....but what was with the kid?? Did his parents just not want to take care of him! I freak out if one of my kids has a tiny cut!

OMG! This man and his maggots beat the kid by a long run, he too is alive with a hell of bigger maggot problem! He was talking for hell's sake. With a gash like his and he had maggots even in his eyes!!  At one point I thought for sure they were going to bust out the slits he had left for eyes. And holy shit get a load of those enormous fat fuckers that were hiding under the flap of scalp that the guy with mega sized Q-tip uncovered! ! I mean  Eeeewwww!!..I can't get over the poor guy not screaming in pain and not pulling a hairy canary with all those maggots squirming around in practically and in every opening and orifice |
