For about 2 years now every time i shower i come out almost crying because i'm unbearably itchy but i can go swimming at the pool, beaches or rivers and not have problems so the hot water one might be what’s wrong with me but until i see my doctor i will just keep assuming there's something wrong with my water like the chemicals they use to clean it

Oh man, I'm so sorry to hear that.
Is it tough to sleep at night because of it? It used to be for me. I would scratch my skin until it bled, I hope you get some kind of help. What about the
light treatment I mentioned? I've heard it helps,
but that it's very expensive.
