Re: Airlifting A 1345-Pound Man

How does one even get like that?
How does someone get like that in such a poor country? And at just 20 years old?! How selfish as well... he probably eats enough food for 50 people in a frigging day.

Re: Airlifting A 1345-Pound Man

I never get ow some ppl can get so big from starting off as a 7 lb+- newborn baby.Yeah I know 'glandular problems' and all that shit but me personally......when my pants feel tight in the morning getting ready for work that's my cue to take it easy on the beer and cheese burgers. My thryroid hasn't worked properly since I was 6 monts old and while i'm not skinny by far im deff not huge.compared to most ppl nowadays I am skinny.lol...5ft 10 and 220.my pants are a 34 not 54 or 64 as some ppl I work with and i'm reasonably fit.Im a single divorced middle age guy paying cs and well no way I could afford to eat myself to 500+ lbs ever anyway.

by the way..loved the vid of the plane taking off.going to hell for laughing at it but well....see the rest of you there and I will bring some jack daniels.

Re: Airlifting A 1345-Pound Man

For someone to become as morbidly obese as this guy, I say there's definitely something wrong with his hypothalamus and other parts of his endocrine system.

Normally, after one eats a meal, the sensation of hunger is satiated. However, in morbidly obese individuals, this sensation is rarely switched off, so to speak.
