Bedsores/pressure ulcers. if that were electrical burns they'd be white/charred. |

Depends on a lot of variables. Weight, movement, bedding, humidity, incorrect handling of a person, shearing injury etc. Grade 3/4 could take hold in a few hours in the right situation. Sores are generally a gradual process grade by grade

IF he gets proper medical treatment, I read that they will clean and disinfect the open wounds. Then they will take muscle and/or skin from other parts of the body to seal it. Antibiotics will be used to prevent further infection. It can take several months to heal or may never completely heal.
