400 Pounds Vs Sudden Stop.
These are bilateral shinbone fractures in a 400-pound female patient who was involved in a motor vehicle accident. The upper lacerations are from the impact alone. The power of her weight against the sudden stop of the collision forced the fat against the skin and split it. Her breaks and lacerations were repaired and she was sent home after two weeks. A month later she died because she did not perform any after-care, mainly dressing changes and post-op appointments, became septic and died.

After spending 6 month in Ukr/Rus war section this looks like a scratch  But jokes a side, its crazy what your own weight can do to you during a car accident. +1 one to my fobia list- not to get fat over 300 lbs

I am not against fat shaming, but if you are 400 pounds, you are not going to change any dressings, the only activity a 400 pound bitch is doing related to “dressings” is drinking mayonaise salad dressings for hydration or some other fat-people bullshit
