When she was a child her parents were addicts busted for cocaine and incarcerated on drugs charges, and the chronic overeating was said to be some sort of a dysfunctional coping tool for all that. She relocated to Texas with her two small children. Here she is being washed with a garden hose.

This is from a show on TLC called "My 600 Pound Life". Each episode documents the journey of one of Dr Nowzaraden's (in Houston TX) patients who go through gastric bypass surgery. This woman and her husband/caretaker live with her parents. And yes, that is her husband giving her a shower on the porch... |
