It's a tradition to let loose fireworks in southeast Asia, and in China. They don't consider these kinds of consequences. I lived in China, and everyone did it. Accidents were rare. I still wouldn't want to risk it with my kid, though.

just an m80 i bet he had his hand closed around it tight that or he was trying to twist firecrackers together like i did but i just got burnt real nasty some powder burn black powder or somthing |
