6 kids is because they are too poor to afford birth control. As for the neck brace, it is probably of the same reason. His body is wasting away an a brace would probably hurt him because of the lack of muscle.

There's a teenage boy on Youtube who is like this. He is living an incredible life and hasn't let his disability stop him. Nothing but respect for those who are suffering with disabilities like that. I don't think I would manage….I moan when I have a bad hair day. Which is pretty much every day!!
