Probably not. The guy filming was concerned about the situation and even alerted the father. He probably shut off the camera before it happened.

That tiger went tiger! That's a craaaaaaazy tiger! I love how people are blaming all this on the tiger, like 1. We don't have it in captivity, and 2. It isn't a carnivore, and 3.
