Foetus in fetus, I believe it's called. They show them on The Discovery Channel every now and then. There are two I can think of off the top of my head. A woman who was "pregnant" for something like 46 years. She was pregnant, had a little pain and thought the baby went to sleep. Years later, she had severe pain and the fetus had calcified and was attached to her internal organs. She adopted after that and never gave birth. I think she was 70 or so at this time. The other was a man with a belly who appeared pregnant, but, nothing showed up on x-rays for whatever reason. Years later, I guess it started bothering him and they removed his twin. Very weird looking with a clump of dark hair. The woman wasn't a twin in a twin, but, it was similar.
