I fucking hate posting rape photos. I usually don't post them at all. Both because I find the concept intensely distasteful and because I fucking hate pandering to the pervs here who get off on that sort of business.

Made an exception in this case, though, since it was an especially interesting news story and a lot of photos. Figured someone would post it sooner or later, so may as well be me.

I had originally created one of my usual humorous thread titles for it, which likely would have cut down significantly on the hits in pervy searches. But I honestly have a hard time coming up with clever, quippy titles for sexual assault cases.

I can make all sorts of gallows humor out of crackheads being murdered over stolen bicycles, but seem fundamentally incapable of extending that dark joviality to include rape.

All that said, I did not censor the images myself and would have posted them uncensored if I'd found them. As much as I hate catering to the necro-perverts, I hate censorship even more.

There is actually some research out there that suggests necro-fetish isn't actually a fetish (like say, cream, nooses, or whips), but an innate sexual orientation, much like how some people are only turned on by members of the same sex as them.

You could argue that necrophilia has no actual benefit to society, but then homosexual relations is in the same boat.

I'm inclined to think there are more necrophiliacs in our society than many people think, especially since it's generally an activity that can be kept a secret much easier than something like pedophilia.

And, obviously, in the case where a necrophile actually carries out his fantasies in real life, there are often no witnesses or victims that can report it. .
