Had an incident happen that was kinda similar to this when I was a kid. Some dumb drunk thought he'd be able to swing himself from his balcony to his aunts window... the moron slipped and landed on a platform right next to my window. He was so lucky to have survived. I remember being so traumatized because I heard his screams before he hit the platform which was covered in snow then an extremely loud BANG on impact. I've always been fascinated with jumpers/deaths from high heights ever since that ordeal.
