(2021) Schizophrenic Man Murders Parents and Two Sisters With Machetes
This case happened back in August 2021, and one of the Telegram channels I'm in made a point of reminding followers about the case on its anniversary. I couldn't find this case posted before, please report if it's a repost. In Lara state, Venezuela, 22-year-old José V.A., who was schizophrenic, murdered his parents and his two adult sisters with machetes whilst they were asleep. Some of the remains were dumped in a nearby courtyard, while others were found in the family house. A brother of José came into the house and, upon witnessing the carnage, tried to force José to repent and ask for forgiveness. José replied: "You saved yourself, brother. I didn't kill you because daylight caught up with me." Furious neighbours then pounced on and beat up José until police arrived. It was noted that, despite what he had done and the beating he had received, José maintained a cold and empty gaze. Neighbours told police that José was schizophrenic and had showcased violent behaviour before, but his relatives had downplayed his illness. I couldn't find an update to the case, as is typical with Latin America, but given his mental health I presume he was committed. The victims were identified as: Antonio V.A., the father, 55 Reina d.C.M., the mother, 52 Yenny C.A., sister, 30 María I.A., sister, 20 One of the sisters was reportedly pregnant at the time.              |

Shoot him for "attempting to escape" on the way to the jail, and do everyone a favor, including the taxpayers who will have to fund this loser's existence for the next 50 years. No one will miss him.  |

I can't help but notice the conditions of the house they lived in, and it looks like piss in the blue bucket. I think I'd go crazy living in 1800s conditions. Not crazy enough to kill my family though. |
