Just because they're held to be legally culpable doesn't mean they'll face the same penalties as an adult. Just look at those two cunts that killed Jamie Bulger- they were both just 10 years old when they abducted and killed him, and ,though they were deemed legally culpable for murder and tried as adults, they only served 8 years in a young offenders institution.

Even though it's hard to comprehend, they both knew exactly what they were doing, despite their young age. In my opinion they should still be behind bars.
