Young Man Foond Floating in the Paraguay River
On the morning of this Monday, January 25, 2021, around 8 am the search for the body of the victim who would have drowned yesterday afternoon (24/01/2021) in an arm of the Paraná River, near the International Friendship Bridge. Two boats from the Foz do Iguaçu Fire Brigade and one boat from the Brazilian Navy were used, as a way to access the river the ramp of the Yate Clube Falls, where the divers quickly began their searches. Around 11h: 15min, the teams located the young man's body, thus activating the IML (Legal Medical Institute) and the Scientific Police (Criminalistics) teams. The family recognized the victim's body, which was identified as MPRG, 18 years old, where he was referred to the IML for procedures and release.      |

Despite 'M's father warning him that the river was too dangerous to swim in, the boy, with friends, still went into the water. His body was found around 15m deep + was trapped between rocks.

He isn’t floating he is under water, I think the word suspended in water may have suited this guys situation more accurately   |
