I think people see animals as more innocent, like with children, some people don't wanna see that either, but can easily see an adult with their brain hanging out.

I'm speaking just for me, but, yes. I'd rather a human die, ANY day. An animal...no...and before you ask, I'm a vegetarian. Humans suck. Animals are innocent. |

This was an accident. Unfortunate but it happens. But I don't want to see children or animals tortured. Children and animals are dumb (no offense) and innocent which makes it especially cruel. Adults being tortured is usually associated with their own life choices (drug cartels, rapists, etc).
