Ambush on a Car Leads to 4 Dead
On 11th July 2018 in Canhotinho, 50 year old Luiz José dos Santos + his wife, 51 year old Hilda da Silva were travelling in a car with their 2 sons + another man. During an ambush, elements fired shots at the car, 2 of the young men died in the car + the other died outside the car, most likely as he tried to run away. The 3 that lost their lives are Jasiel Silva dos Santos, Janailson Silva dos Santos + José Orlando de Morais. Luiz + Hilda were taken to the hospital but the next day, Luiz passed away. Hilda was the only survivor out of the 5 people in the car.            |
