Young Couple Killed in Motorcycle Crash
Both in their 20s. He was piloting the bike and they somehow got tangled up in a semi-truck tire while someone was trying to pass. Details were unclear. Neither decedent was actually run over by the truck but both traveled several meters independent of the bike and neither landed well. The woman flew through the air and did a face plant in the dirt on the shoulder of the road. You can see the furrow in the sand where her hand was presumably clutching at the ground in her final moments at high speed, face-first. Her cause of death was head trauma and a broken neck. No other injuries were noted on her body. Amusingly enough, despite flying across the road and landing head first in the dirt, she seems to have kept BOTH of her crocs on her feet. The boyfriend's deck shoes seem to have been left behind at the truck when he took his manned flight across the highway. Some fairly good quality images and video, if a bit light on the gore. · · · · · · · · · · · · · · · |

Re: Young Couple Killed in Motorcycle Crash
I started on this one 2 days ago but hadn't got round to looking for more. When I'm back on my laptop in the morning, I'll see if I have anything additional.

Re: Young Couple Killed in Motorcycle Crash
There's a lot out there for this one, but I think I got everything that isn't just irrelevant scenery. Still, if you find anything of note, please feel free to add it.

Yeah, a helmet would save people being run over by a truck. You know why you don’t see the thousands of people saved by helmets every day? Because they live! |

Re: Young Couple Killed in Motorcycle Crash
Yeah, they're all much of the same. I only had 4 photos + a video. 1 of the photos is the same as one of yours, the other 3 are different but similar to ones you posted. I'll put them here anyway.

Quick and painless. Or not. I guess it makes no difference, being that they're dead in either case.

Re: Young Couple Killed in Motorcycle Crash
When you look at that windscreen, 50% of it obscured by curtains and other dangly shit. No wonder the driver hit them. |
